You guys really did trick me here... I thought that you guys forgot to include the 1/144 action stand that I order but you had it inside the HG wing zero box. I thought why you did not send together with the HG wing zero like I order but you had inside the box all along... gundam.my, you guys really had me there. 5 star for you guys gundam.my is the best..

As usual, incredibly fast delivery (order was placed Tuesday night, shipment arrived Thursday afternoon). Packaging is great too, as you won\'t have damaged goods except for slightly dented boxes. Great service as always!

Honestly I have never encountered such a good and responsible service whereby I was informed on the status of my order very promptly. My order on Friday morning was expected to reach me by Tues/Wed however I obtained my order on Monday noon. Thanks for giving me the assurance and will definitely purchase from you again.

I just received my parcel just today with a great box and packaging. Before i received my items, i\'m very dissapointed because i just saw my items in website just change status from \'Ready Stock\' to \'temporarily out-of-order\' and my other items from \'Ready Stock\' to \'Back-to\'Back\' order; once i just confirmed my order. So i contact thru whatsapp the Gundam Support-Team to help me about my items and shipment. They was so friendly and tell me they will restock the order and will take care of my items.. I just make an order on Sunday night and make payment the next morning. Just received my items in Thursday due to the Gundam Support-Team restock the items. Overall, I\'m very satisfied with the services that Gundam Support-Team provided to me. Keep it up guys. Thank you so much.. Will repeat order again for other items with you once i complete build my gundam ;)

Upon payment, the site sent 2 emails conforming my order and another 2 emails on the delivery details which is very good for the seller part. Your constant email to the customers deserve a praise. The item i ordered also got delivered on the next day which i\'m very surprise because usually it would take 2-3 days for an online item to arrive. Overall, very good performance and cant wait for my next order. TQ
