I\'ve ordered several times from this online shop since end of last year. They are not the cheapest to get gundams here but extremely reasonable in terms of pricing considering the expenses of storing such large amount of stocks. Have the widest range of products I\'ve ever seen, efficient in sending out orders the next day excluding courier delays and festival seasons. Overall, I\'ve received nothing but the good services =D.

I am impress with the fast delivery specially using abx,i receive the e-maik about my purchase on tuesday and received my item in wednesday. Unfortunately,i made the purchase on sunday and receive the e-mail on tuesday .Well i feel a little bit disappointed

Sorry for the late in receiving the email from us, sometimes we might overlook sending the email while order parcel already has picked up by our courier service provider.
We will try to improve this area hard so that we can serve u better in coming future.
FYI, it might be good if u can add us support@gundam.my to your gmail contact too so that u can receive the email immediately after we send it, sometimes email might delay too due to email service provider's technical issues.

My first time dealing with Gundam.my. Ordered for my son a 4 in 1 1/144 FG - Gundam W series, item was despatch out over poslaju counter the same day i made payment...impressive .. Thanks to the guy that handle my order via whatsapp only. Will get gundam from here only from now on..
