1st time buying from Gundam.my. Screwed it up by filling the wrong address, lol. Notice that later after looking at payment receipt. Then i immediately ask the support to fix it. They fix it fast. Like their response. Very good job indeed. Thank you Gundam.my. Can\'t wait to buy again. :). (Hope that there will be more sale for the upcoming item)

Delivery process is fast. However, previously i have sent an email asking about the discount offer for frequent purchase and did not get any response back till now. Quite disappointed on this.

Really sorry for the inconveniences caused, sometimes the email tends to flow in alot and we have alot of input channel like wechat, LINE, whatsapp, email, facebook PM and etc, and we are in potential to missed the input channel responses especially with lack of support team member.
However, we had whatsapp you to apologize too and you'd mentioned you'd let us know in future if there's anymore transaction that you would like to request for further discount.

I can\'t wait to assemble my new model kits ~ Lol (or can i change to another available products if i don\'t want to get longtime waiting for my full parcel just because of few BTB item?)

Good day boss. Yes for back2back item u can change to other item if u're fine with that.

Normally back2back item takes every week friday to check stock and inform customer status.

Easy to purchase and very fast from gundam.my side BUT abx service was a bit of disappointment.. Definitely will buy from this site very soon again.. about abx, i track my order and notice they already sent out and will receive on the next day.. but the next day when i check they stated that i\'m not at home while i was at home waiting excitingly the whole day. If they did come to my house and i\'m not at home sure they will leave a card saying they came but i\'m not in, So i called them and verify with them. They did not come actually but after the call they arrange for next day delivery. Gundam.my double thumbs up from me but abx not so good :) See u on my next purchase soon.. Thanks again for the fast and good service from u..

Fast response team! Overall services quite good. Packaging was so nice especially the box with gundam.my logo. Just the delivery service a little bit slow due to required to wait for 7 working days before received the parcel. BTW I lived in Sabah. It is good if use other courier service which is more fast delivery. Will buy again from here! Recommended to others. Trusted! Any question can be issued using whatsapp and also email. Really fast response.
