I just received my parcel just today with a great box and packaging. Before i received my items, i\'m very dissapointed because i just saw my items in website just change status from \'Ready Stock\' to \'temporarily out-of-order\' and my other items from \'Ready Stock\' to \'Back-to\'Back\' order; once i just confirmed my order. So i contact thru whatsapp the Gundam Support-Team to help me about my items and shipment. They was so friendly and tell me they will restock the order and will take care of my items.. I just make an order on Sunday night and make payment the next morning. Just received my items in Thursday due to the Gundam Support-Team restock the items. Overall, I\'m very satisfied with the services that Gundam Support-Team provided to me. Keep it up guys. Thank you so much.. Will repeat order again for other items with you once i complete build my gundam ;)

Dealer sent me email after the packing was done and another email for the delivery details , which were very very reassuring =) Truly appreciate such a high level of dedication and commitment towards customer satisfaction =) I made 3 purchase at the same time , and it was after a long time since my last purchase from the site . Upon payment, the site sent 2 emails conforming my order and another 2 emails on the delivery details which is very good for the seller part. Your constant email to the customers deserve a praise. The item i ordered also got delivered on the next day which i\'m very surprise because usually it would take 2-3 days for an online item to arrive. Overall, very good performance and cant wait for my next order. TQ

The time for delivery of the product was excellent and the product had the correct amount of runners. However, when it arrived, the box had an irregular shape (bottom is quite dented). Other than that, the product and services from Gundam.My is satisfactory.

Good day to you boss. Hope that you're doing fine.
Sorry for the inconveniences caused & as for the dented box, as we can't 100% guarantee the box is always safe as is handled by alot of delivery person and sometimes accident / misconduct from their end can causes the result.
We will try to wrap with a tougher paper box in future to decrease the chances of our beloved customer getting a dented box.
