fast respose, quick and easy payment. the notifier system via email is a thumbs up! we were suprised when we got the email for our delivery status. this is good for ppl who doesnt remember to check poslaju for shipment tracking. keep up this good excellent work! what u can improve: 1. filter item by availability, in stock, preorder or out of stock. its better if got a section by its own. its disappointing sumtimes see a gundam u like, only to see its a back to back order. (i hate waiting lol) 2. shipping option, since ur payment option is 5 star, ur shipping option shud be too. IMO, ppl like me i prefer poslaju instead of normal postage. having to wait 2-3 weeks for a kit is murder. shipping options by any courier with separate payment should be considered. anyway, thanx again! will buy from u again!
