Good day to you boss.
Kindly note that the amount of $ whichever greater then RM20.00 we shall refund by bank in to you.
Hope you understand that it would be risky to place e.g. RM50 inside a parcel and reported back missing, we would have to come out another balance to pay back to you.

Hi boss,

- Good day to you. Hope you enjoy your the autumn holiday.

- The balance already refund to you weeks ago and return to you in 1 go worth RM43. We did put your email on the CIMB transfer so you should receive an email from CIMB bank too.

- As for the delivery, we believe that it is fair to give chances for the courier company to try out their service before we judge by a single delivery evaluation, and we shall improve our service from time to time too, thanks for the trading too boss.
