I agreed with Lim kai yi...i think u guys should tried to look for that stock we ordered first before we proceed to payment.. easier for u guys n us too. hopefully u guys can post all Gundam Model Kit image @ do a gallery for us to have a look. juz like a online Gundam Museum

Allow me to give some suggestions. About back to back order, buyers should proceed to payment only after you had confirm that there is stock for that particular item. This method can ease the buyers by avoiding too many transactions. Thank you.

Overall, very good service. Refund on out of stock item was received immediately upon confirmation on my side. Goods received were in good order, but I think u guys need to label the package as fragile. My box was a bit squashed when it arrived. Luckily nothing was broken though. Another thing, how come the boxes are not wrapped in their original shrink wrap like the ones bought at the stores? Previously opened packages aren\'t really nice to be received. Unless u guys have some sort of QC system where you inspect the goods before shipping it off. In that case, it should be noted and explained somewhere. Again, overall service was good. U guys just need to keep an eye on your couriers...thanks a bunch. Looking forward to dealing with u guys again.
