Lim Chun Kit

It has been 2weeks and now it\'s going to CNY my gundam still haven\'t arrived. Good & splendid. I\'m not going to tolerate anymore either send me new set gundam or refund.

Good day to you and wished that you have a happy CNY 2017 and good fortune ahead.
We sincerely apologize for the parcel being deliver to you were delayed and luckily we found that the parcel was delivered to you before CNY 2017 at 26/01/2017.
We had spoken to the ABX PIC and they promised us to reduced this sort of similar incident in the future. 
Hope to received order from you in the future, fyi, u may remarked not to use ABX in the future in the remark text field and we will contact u the charges to send the parcel via POSLAJU courier services too.

Mohamad Haizat Hazril

Have buy 8 times from you guys, always fast delivery, item recieved next day after receiving tracking number, but weirdly lately delivery becomes late. 6th order received after 2 days, and haven\'t receive 8th order yet even though its been 3 days. Maybe I should contact the courier company.

yea, its near cny and also too much parcels so they will delay abit, if too long we suggest you call to their customer service so it will be easier for you to get update on your parcel =)

This is my 7th purchase, and also my 7th and 8th Gunpla model kit I bought from Gundam.my. The packaging is splendid, update is prompt, and delivery is still done on the same day even when I ordered after 3pm. Keep up the good work guys~

did not received tracking info nor update from courier though, but minutes before item arrived, support team gave a proper explained, asked whether i had received it or not and even apologized... that shows that you really cared for your customer\'s satisfactory.
